Intro to Iron Body Qigong

Iron Body Qigong is a collection of practices designed to enhance the resilience of the physical body and the human spirit.

In ancient times, iron had near mystical status, and this type of qigong was said to lend the same qualities of strength to ones tissues and inner life.

This 90 minute, online course covers

  • Pai Da Gong - martial arts body toughening and resilience training 

  • Iron Body's place in traditional spiritual alchemy 

  • "External" Iron Palm training as the template for all Iron Skills.

This course is the first of a three part series, giving the student an in-depth understanding of the Iron Skills segment of Qigong and Kung Fu.  You will walk away with a clear daily practice, as well as the knowledge to allow you to experiment safely and creatively! 

Students retain access to archived video for one year from the live class via Zoom on April 1st.
