Powerful Techniques

An Immersion That Comes To You!

During these unique times, this retreat is offered in a way that you can take part in it no matter where you are!

About The Format

Each day will include a session of instruction and practice in one of the "four periods" - this style of practice is based off traditional retreat practice in Tibetan Buddhism.  Sacred practices are performed in the morning, mid-day, evening, and at night, to permeate each aspect of your life with sacred energies.

Sessions will take place at the following times:
9:30am, 12:30pm, 4pm, 7pm

The choice of practice times is designed to allow for diverse sleep schedules, meals, naps, even taking care of other responsibilities.  Experienced students can add practice between group sessions if they choose, for an even deeper retreat experience.  Each session is  approximately 90 mins in length and includes instruction, group practice, and Q & A.

About the lineage and instructor

The teachings presented in this retreat are drawn primarily from the Lohan Order, a practice lineage founded by Dashi Steven Baugh, based upon his mastery of Daoism (Quanzhen sect), Buddhism (Cha'n and Vajrayana), and shamanic teachings of the world's indigenous peoples (Dashi was a lineage bearer in Lakota traditions, and Cheyenne by blood).

Rev. Fa Jun received this lineage through 21 years of direct study with his Sifu, continuing on more recently with his own investigations.  Fa Jun has been certified through the International Institute of Medical Qigong, the Yoga Studies Institute, and has studied Daoist and Buddhist meditation through various masters.

Fa Jun's teaching focuses on the Pith methods, or "best practices," from these traditions that allow modern people to get results they can see, as well as those which have been verified through scientific research.

Attune to the Yin!

There's never been a better time to learn how to bring our minds deeply within, settle the nervous system, and regenerate the subtle energy body.

This retreat will grant you plenty of new information, insights, and practices - while simultaneously creating an atmosphere of spaciousness, openness, and peace.

Join a community of practice and receive the spiritual rest and nourishment your inner being is calling for!
