The Daoist Yoga of Sexual Energy
Daoist Sexual Yoga is an ancient art of awakening the inner body through romance, pleasure, and intimacy.
The repertoire of an inner alchemist includes advanced knowledge of energy centers, varieties of subtle-force, breath training, visualization, and how to work with a partner.
Combined, these components allow the practitioner to radically expand their bliss, and to utilize this powerful, generative energy for healing and awakening spiritual state experiences.

Class One (5/1)
"Preparatory Practices"
The preparatory practices of Daoist Sexual Yoga include common qigong exercises like the six healing sounds and the microcosmic orbit, as well as exercises which are unique to sexual energy cultivation.
These prepare the inner body for channeling the higher-potency energy that is released through partnered practice of bliss.
In addition to solo, meditative trainings, this class also includes partnered practices by which to help prepare one another for dual cultivation through intimate connection.
Class Two (5/15)
"Sexual Energy Mastery"
Once a practitioner has prepared the subtle body through preliminary practices, it is time to learn mastery of the sexual energy.
This course includes three main exercises
- Transmuting sexual energy and opening the gates
- Maximizing the generative force
- Directing the power of arousal
In addition to these three practices, we'll also include alternate versions and auxiliary practices to experiment with.
Class Three (5/29)
"Dual Cultivation"
Having become familiar with the currents of sexual energy that run within oneself, one is now in a position to work cooperatively in an intimate exchange with a partner.
We cover how the transformative practices learned in session two work while in embrace with a partner, how to grow through exchange of energy, troubleshooting challenges that may come up in practice, and more!
The time is now to learn energetic and relational mastery!
The world needs individuals who are good at the art of LOVE.
No longer can this just mean personal pleasure, or even pleasing a partner. It's not just communication skills or sexual technique. We need a FULL SPECTRUM ECSTASY.

About the Instructor
Rev. Fa Jun was ordained as a priest in the Lohan Order in 2008, inheriting its traditions of Daoism, Cha'n Buddhism, and Buddhist Vajrayana. He is committed to preserving and developing these teachings in order to benefit humanity.
Rev. Fa Jun has practiced energetic bodywork for decades, is certified as a Master of Medical Qigong, and has completed advanced trainings in Tibetan Inner Yogas.
He brings a love for evidence-based practices combined with a romance for the poetry and practices of the ancients to his work as a student, practitioner, and teacher.
