Level 2 Instructor Certification is an opportunity to deepen the foundation that you have laid down in level 1 and go further.

Where level one authorizes one as an "Associate Instructor" at the 100 hour level, Level 2 brings one up to "full instructor" status and moves toward meeting the curriculum requirements for certification with the National Qigong Association.

There are 5 components to this level:

1. Three Core Qigong Sets

• the silk weaver's exercise and its related trainings 
• the Great Ultimate qigong of the Tao Tan Pai lineage
• And the "7 Chakras" qigong training

These three core sets will be taught in two, in person retreats.

2. The Empathy Dojo Communication training

• this course gives the instructor advanced skills in rapport and communication, which they need in relating with students
• This course is also a unique training in self-compassion and personal and global transformation - forming an evidence-based lens on our traditional Daoist and Buddhist Qigong
• Finally, the Empathy Dojo series is a certification of its own - empowering one to practice empathy coaching outside the context of qigong.

3. Qi-Yoga for common complaints

• this is an online series teaching qigong "prescription exercises" for self-care
• This forms part of the Instructor's repertoire of specific qigong interventions to address their students unique issues.
• These three mini-courses are only $36 each for a total of $108, like any of our single courses from level 1.  

4. The Daoist Sexual Energy Cultivation Series

• Which also consists of 3, online classes for fee of $36 each
• Gives a instructor understanding in advanced alchemical principles in order to answer students question
• Informs our ethics through an understanding of energetic dynamics

5. and finally, three one-on-one coaching sessions.

oh, and obviously, there'll be homework!

The fee for this course only comes out to just $2400, continuing the investment of  $200 per month as in level one!  (for a breakdown, see below)

Breakdown of costs:

Empathy Dojo Certification: $1500

• includes 3 days of retreat and two one-on-one calls

Level 2 Qigong Retreats: 

• Retreat 1 - three core sets and their trainings.  Qi-Yoga.  5 day retreat - $500
• Retreat 2 - 7 Chakra Qigong, and Chakra Gate medical qigong protocol - two day training -  $200

Qi-Yoga for Common Complaints

• 3 class series - fee included in retreat 1 costs

Daoist Sexual Cultivation Course

• 3 class series - $100 total

One mentorship session not included in Empathy Dojo investment - Student-only rate:  $100

1500 + 500 + 200 + (100x2) = $2400

Note: this is a limited time only rate and is only for committed level 2 instructors and aligned with the launch of the Empathy Dojo curriculum in June 2021.  

Private mentorship rates for non-students are $300/hr, and the Qi-Yoga course for the general public not enrolled in level 2 is an additional $108.  This is a $400 savings over an "a la carte" version.

Retreat fees are for instruction only and do not include any facilities or lodging costs.
