Session One: Awaken and Regulate

This first session focuses on the meridians associated with the Spring season, and incorporates movements from the 'Tiger' qigong of the 5 animals, Primordial Qigong, and a powerful standing meditation practice!

Session Two: Qi-Yoga for the Wood Element

This session combines qigong principles for working with the Liver and Gall-Bladder meridians with accessible postures from yoga and martial arts. This flowing workout utilizes Dragon style qigong and unique stretches to harmonize the energies of "Spring" within the body.

Session 3: Advanced Qigong for the Wood Element

Building on the foundations set up in the previous routines, we move on to more focused qigong practices involving intonation, visualization, and unique movements, ending with a classic  "prescription" exercise for relieving migraine headaches.
