This 90 minute class is the first of a 3-part series and it's intention is to build the proper foundation for deeper training.
We will learn the theory of Iron Body skills from both a martial and spiritual standpoint. Foundational Qigong and herbal formulae will be taught to stave off injury and illness.
We will study "Pai Da Gong" - the percussive trainings of tapping and striking the body to resolve stagnation and develop resilient tissues and internal energy.
Students will learn Daoist stance training and meditation, setting up the root of intermediate Iron Body practices in level two.
Finally, we will learn the External Iron Palm, which teaches the template on which all Iron Body Qigong is based, and gives advantages to hands-on healers and martial artists alike.
