This 90 minute class is the second in a 3-part series and it's intention is to build the strength and resilience of the physical and inner bodies.
We will learn the theory of "Martial Arts Qigong" or "Athletic Qigong", and how anyone can utilize this type of training to maximize their health.
We will study the "Plum Flower Iron Shirt" set I learned from Dr. Johnson, which is a brief, daily training you can perform in about 10 minutes.
Finally, we will learn how to integrate the practices of Iron Body 2 into your daily life, your other physical disciplines, and your contemplative or integrative practices.
You do not need to have attended Part 1 in order to benefit!
